We are confident that you'll love all your beautiful DOORA products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your items, we offer the following return policy.
Returns + Exchanges:
- All returns must be new and unused with original packaging with no visible wear marks or imperfections.
- Returns on Showroom Purchases are accepted within 14 days.
- Returns on Special Orders are accepted within 14 days with a 25% Restocking Fee.
- Returns on Custom Orders are accepted within 7 days with a 50% Cancellation Fee (sorry, no exceptions). Customers can avoid a cancellation fee with a purchase of equal or greater value.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on all "Special Orders" and "Custom Orders”.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend all returns be sent insured with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. Custom Orders and Special Orders excluded after 14 days from date of purchase.
Only one Discount Code may be used at a time. The Discount Code must be used at time of purchase.
Gift cards can be purchased in store or on our website. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
Please note, some of our products are distressed or one of a kind. This makes them unique and slightly imperfect which is the nature of the product. Color and Finish may vary on all items.
Most of our items are dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For our larger upholstered items, we recommend professional cleaning only. For case goods or accessories wipe lightly with dry or damp cloth.
