Doora Retun Policy


We know you’ll love your DOORA purchases, but If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 7 days for exchange or refund. Items must be postmarked by the 7th day. Please contact us for any questions, or if you are in need of a return authorization form.

All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Any custom orders, artwork, lighting, jewelry, and sale items are final sale.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.


Discount codes cannot be used on sale, gift boxes, as well as some lighting and furniture pieces. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount code and they can only be used at time of checkout.

Gift cards can be purchased on our site. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Please note, some of our products are distressed or one of a kind. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect which is the nature of the product.

Care Instructions

Most of our items are dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on product page. For our larger upholstered items, we recommend professional cleaner only.
